STRONG is a Pilates-inspired, cardio-infused experience built for the modern athlete. Born in Australia and expanding rapidly across the U.S., STRONG fuses Pilates precision with heart-pumping cardio using world-first Rowformer and Bikeformer machines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an authentic voice for STRONG Pilates within the university community
• Create brand visibility by engaging peers, student organizations, and campus events
• Drive student traffic to the studio and encourage long-term membership
• Create campus-relevant social media content including stories, reels, and testimonials
• Build relationships with student groups, athletics, and wellness programs
• Identify student partnership and collaboration opportunities
• Provide weekly updates on outreach and engagement efforts

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a university or college
• Confident, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with new people
• Actively involved in campus life (clubs, athletics, or leadership)
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and community building
• Dependable, proactive, and organized

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, promotions, social media, or event coordination
