Campus Administrator

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily campus operations to ensure a safe, high-quality living environment for residents and staff
• Supervise the Assistant Campus Administrator and Nursing Assistants
• Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing senior living
• Develop and implement policies to enhance resident services and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management
• Monitor key performance metrics, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and external partners
• Lead quality assurance and risk management programs to maintain high standards of care

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• In-depth knowledge of senior living operations and regulatory compliance
• Proven experience in financial management and budgeting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move intermittently throughout the workday
• Ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating on-call weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
• WA State Administrator Certification through WHCA
• Minimum of five years of leadership experience in senior living, long-term care, or healthcare administration
