Campervan Mechanic - Workshop Lead

Responsibilities

• Perform systematic vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical, electrical, heating, and water system issues
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes
• Conduct light bodywork including replacement of parts like lamps, windows, and mirrors
• Coordinate vehicle interventions with external suppliers and regional teams
• Maintain vehicle information systems and spare parts inventory
• Manage depot equipment, supplies, and organization
• Support daily operations including vehicle preparation, guest check-ins/outs, and delivery management

Requirements

• Certified training in mechanics, mechatronics, or a similar automotive program
• Minimum 5 years of experience in practical mechanical and electrical repairs
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
• Fluency in English and German
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Switzerland
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working specifically with campervans or motorhomes
