Campaign Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production management for global marketing campaigns across all channels, including eCommerce and brand activations.
• Centralize campaign briefs, timelines, budgets, and production plans to ensure efficient execution.
• Define and manage project roadmaps, ensuring milestones and dependencies are coordinated effectively.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Content Factory, and external partners to optimize resource allocation and workflows.
• Manage production budgets, ensuring cost control and identifying optimization opportunities.
• Oversee production and service contracts, leading negotiations with agencies, production partners, and suppliers.
• Ensure all deliverables align with Salomon’s brand guidelines and maintain high creative standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or creative production management.
• Strong experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns and complex production workflows (photo, video, design).
• Solid knowledge of contract management, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday, Trello, or SharePoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
