Campaign & Pipeline Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline generation and GTM priorities
• Translate audience insights, market trends, and data into creative campaign ideas
• Own campaign planning from concept to execution, including messaging, channels, timelines, and assets
• Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, Sales, and SDRs
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, messaging, and campaign planning
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations
• Support experiments across email, digital, content, webinars, and ABM

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign marketing, or demand generation
• Strong hands-on campaign execution experience
• High AI fluency and comfort using AI tools for day-to-day work
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to connect data, audience insight, and business goals
• Bias for action and structured execution in fast-moving environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity, identity, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Experience working closely with Sales and SDR teams
• Experience with ABM or targeted account-based campaigns
• Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
• Experience using AI agents or advanced AI workflows for marketing execution
