About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define creative campaign strategies and go-to-market campaigns for the AECO portfolio within the global education market.
  • Develop and produce master campaign deliverables, creative concepts, and strategic briefs in collaboration with external agencies.
  • Utilize GenAI/ML for prompt design, rapid iteration, and evaluating creative and strategic outputs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, and Digital Strategy to align outcomes and reporting.
  • Manage global nurture campaign strategies, focusing on the audience journey following initial engagement.
  • Drive campaign success by achieving or exceeding return on marketing investment (ROMI) through data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide campaigns, assets, and execution playbooks to customer-facing teams for global market activation.

Requirements

  • BA, BS, or equivalent degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large-scale company.
  • Proficiency with marketing campaign tools such as Marketo, Airtable, Salesforce (CMT), or Allocadia.
  • Demonstrated experience using GenAI/ML to accelerate campaign strategy, content variants, and audience segmentation.
  • Proven ability to influence large, global, cross-functional teams from the planning phase through to execution.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills for creating customer-facing assets and strategic presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working effectively within a highly matrixed organizational environment.
  • Proficiency with data analytics software such as Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, PowerBI, or Fullstory.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and comfort presenting strategic updates to executive audiences.
  • An innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive prioritization.
