Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Gather campaign requirements, timelines, and finalize briefing documents
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive email development and manage the creative process
• Analyze HTML assets and perform necessary revisions
• Manage campaign configuration, audience creation, and data troubleshooting
• Execute Quality Assurance (QA) and testing for all campaigns
• Track campaign performance and provide detailed reporting
• Manage campaign documentation and communicate updates regarding time, scope, and cost
• Provide internal and external training on platform tools and custom applications
• Monitor campaign triggers and resolve technical issues as they arise
• Participate in beta testing for new product features and upgrades

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in customer support or client services
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Understanding of relational database structures (primary/unique keys, table joins)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including scope and scheduling
• Bachelor's degree (BTECH) or Master's degree (MBA)
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic Adobe Photoshop functionality
• Understanding of email marketing best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and MS Word
