About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM platforms
- Design and execute cross-channel customer engagement strategies across web, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels
- Build campaign workflows and manage data within Salesforce
- Analyze engagement metrics and behavioral data to optimize target audience engagement
- Coordinate with multiple markets to maintain localized omnichannel tactics
- Work with platform teams to request features and data capture capabilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with cross-functional teams
- Evaluate omnichannel program performance against industry benchmarks
Requirements
- Proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- 5+ years of omnichannel experience with Salesforce CRM
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Omni Channel campaign workflow and administration
- Experience setting up Data Extensions and AMPscript in SFMC
- Basic understanding of JavaScript and AMPscript
- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Experience Cloud, Veeva CRM, or Veeva Vault
