About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives
- Identify and select suitable influencers based on brand alignment and audience reach
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers
- Negotiate influencer partnerships, including compensation and contractual agreements
- Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs
- Review and approve influencer-generated content for brand alignment
- Coordinate content approvals with clients
- Create and manage project timelines and campaign milestones
- Oversee campaign budgets and expenditures
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven optimization recommendations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience planning and executing influencer campaigns
- Experience delegating and prioritizing workloads
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagement)
