Campaign Manager - Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Monitor daily campaign performance and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with design, content, and product teams to create assets and support A/B testing for creatives and landing pages
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Analyze campaign data using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools to identify optimization opportunities
• Support budget tracking, campaign pacing, and the maintenance of marketing dashboards
• Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing best practices

Requirements

• Final-year undergraduate/postgraduate student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interest in Performance, Growth, or Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, SEO, PPC, or Google Analytics
• Previous internship, academic project, or certification in Digital Marketing
