About the role
Responsibilities
- Own CRM campaigns end-to-end from briefing through to launch, optimization, and reporting
- Build and execute campaigns across email, push, onsite, and in-app channels
- Use AI tools to improve campaign creation, personalization, and testing
- Experiment with AI-generated copy, subject lines, and creative concepts
- Support AI prompt development and scalable marketing automation
- Brief, review, and optimize CRM creative assets
- Run A/B tests and turn insights into measurable improvements
Requirements
- 3+ years in CRM, campaign management, or marketing operations
- Hands-on experience with owned channels (email, push, onsite, in-app)
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital marketing environments
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign QA and troubleshooting
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like Jira, Monday, or Slack
- Strong interest in AI applications in marketing and prompt engineering
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment
