About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for strategic account plays, from campaign brief and engagement strategy through launch, optimization, and pause decisions.
  • Design and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs, balancing high-level personalization with repeatable play frameworks.
  • Define account-specific value hypotheses and engagement strategies that resonate with entire buying groups.
  • Apply signal-driven insights, such as intent and engagement data, to determine the timing and evolution of campaign plays.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to align strategy with in-person and event activations.
  • Influence multi-channel activation across events, SDR outreach, personalized digital experiences, and direct mail.
  • Track performance metrics to continuously refine plays and improve account progression through the buying stages.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in ABM, field marketing, demand generation, or integrated campaigns.
  • Proven track record of designing and owning 1:1 and 1:few campaigns tied to specific account outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of buying groups, complex deal cycles, and strategic account movement.
  • Experience working in signal-driven environments using intent or engagement data to guide decisions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
