About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the implementation and lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns, ensuring accurate execution according to insertion orders.
  • Oversee technical implementation of third-party tags, conducting thorough testing and QA prior to launch.
  • Monitor campaign pacing and delivery, optimizing performance against KPIs and providing recommendations.
  • Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners to support operational and administrative activities related to campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Digital Media Strategy, and Ad Platforms teams to troubleshoot delivery issues.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Google Ad Manager-related support for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Campaign Management.
  • Professional working proficiency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
  • Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad serving platforms.
  • Proficiency in Excel and confidence in handling and organizing data.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with DV Publisher Suite or other Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Knowledge of developer tools or HTML.
  • A strong interest in digital media, advertising technologies, and campaign optimization.
