Sofive is the home of 5-a-side soccer, providing high-quality, all-season soccer centers. We are a growing startup developing state-of-the-art sport complexes and are passionate about the soccer industry.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Managers, Assistant Managers, Counselors, and support staff
• Run staff evaluations, training, and team-building sessions
• Plan daily/weekly staffing and lead daily staff meetings
• Manage daily camp operations including opening/closing and morning meetings
• Prepare daily, weekly, and elective schedules
• Oversee all daily activities, including field trips and off-site activities
• Supervise lunch, snack, kitchen, and clean-up staff
• Manage camper health needs, emergencies, and safety drills
• Act as the primary link between staff and parents regarding discipline and communication
• Maintain facility and grounds cleanliness and order

Requirements

• Experience in large-scale youth camp leadership or management
• Ability to manage a large seasonal workforce (80+ employees)
• Strong organizational and financial management skills
• Experience with risk management and safety compliance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with families and staff
