Camp Boss

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operation and administration of labour accommodation facilities
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour accommodation regulations, municipality requirements, and company policies
• Monitor camp occupancy, room allocations, transfers, and employee accommodation records
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards
• Coordinate housekeeping, pest control, waste management, laundry, and other camp services
• Liaise with maintenance teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of facility issues
• Monitor utility consumption and report any irregularities or wastage
• Handle employee accommodation-related concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Coordinate transportation schedules and workforce movements between camps and project sites
• Maintain accurate records of camp residents, inventories, assets, and consumables
• Prepare periodic reports on camp operations, occupancy, and welfare matters
• Enforce camp rules and regulations to maintain a positive living environment

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Camp Boss or Supervisor within the UAE construction industry
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour accommodation regulations and camp management practices
• Experience managing large labour accommodations and multicultural workforces
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong administrative, record-keeping, and problem-solving abilities
• Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
