Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and decorum of the structure in compliance with company policies and standards
• Clean and reset guest rooms within established timeframes following LQA methods and standards
• Maintain and restock service offices for the housekeeping department
• Care for guests' personal belongings within their environment
• Maintain professional relationships with guests, colleagues, and managers while anticipating needs

Requirements

• Fluent Italian
• Basic English level
• Passion for service and professional growth ambition
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
