Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and tidying of accommodations according to established quality standards
• Attend to guest requests with agility, courtesy, and attention to detail
• Ensure the organization, conservation, and presentation of environments
• Check and replenish minibar items and amenities as necessary
• Identify maintenance needs and communicate to the responsible team
• Safeguard guest belongings while respecting privacy and security
• Keep the work trolley organized, clean, and stocked
• Comply with hygiene, safety, and operational procedures
• Act collaboratively with the team to contribute to a harmonious work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Previous experience in hospitality or similar areas is a plus
• Ability to work in a team
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Availability to work a 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Good communication, proactivity, and professional posture
• Basic English knowledge is a plus
• Availability to work the 13:40 to 22:00 shift
