• Ensure the proper fitting of the cut to the last
• Respect technical specifications and heights for the toe, heel, and quarters
• Maintain high quality standards throughout the production process
• Meet assigned daily production quotas

Requirements

• Primary education completed
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or similar production roles
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong focus on results and timely decision-making
