Responsibilities
- Handle outbound B2C calls for technical support processes
- Manage inbound tech support for US and UK markets
- Close calls effectively by processing payments through various gateways
- Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for inbound tech roles
- Ability to process payments via different gateways
- Age between 18 to 30 years
- Ability to join immediately
