Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound B2C calls for technical support processes
  • Manage inbound tech support for US and UK markets
  • Close calls effectively by processing payments through various gateways
  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer service

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound for inbound tech roles
  • Ability to process payments via different gateways
  • Age between 18 to 30 years
  • Ability to join immediately
