About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and emails from Canadian customers to provide product information and solutions
  • Register products and create service or parts orders using CRM and SAP
  • Provide technical support to resolve issues during the call to minimize unnecessary technician visits
  • Manage escalations for difficult customers or out-of-service area cases to ensure satisfaction
  • Follow up on repairs and keep customers, distributors, and sales managers informed of status

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Communication, or related field
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Logistics
  • 100% fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Experience in customer service or manufacturing sectors
