About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and emails from Canadian customers to provide product information and solutions
- Register products and create service or parts orders using CRM and SAP
- Provide technical support to resolve issues during the call to minimize unnecessary technician visits
- Manage escalations for difficult customers or out-of-service area cases to ensure satisfaction
- Follow up on repairs and keep customers, distributors, and sales managers informed of status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Relations, Communication, or related field
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Logistics
- 100% fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Experience in customer service or manufacturing sectors
