Responsibilities
- Evaluate and score customer calls based on quality standards
- Analyze call recordings and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare quality reports and provide constructive feedback

- High attention to detail and objective judgment
- Native Arabic fluency
- Upper-Intermediate English fluency
