Responsibilities
- Handle inbound technical support for US and UK shifts
- Act as a Web Consultant for AUS markets
- Manage UK Telecom call blocking processes
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience in BPO or International Outbound processes
- Minimum 6 months experience for inbound tech processes
- Ability to join immediately
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
