About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide inbound technical support for US and UK customers
- Handle customer calls and resolve technical issues
- Process payments through various gateways to close calls
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in International Outbound to qualify for Inbound Tech Process
- Ability to handle payment processing and call closure
- Ability to join immediately
