About the role

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound enquiries into bookings and maximize revenue through proactive selling
  • Generate sales opportunities and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators
  • Respond to sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales to meet occupancy targets
  • Promote room upgrades, packages, and value-added services to increase booking value
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities within the CRM system
  • Provide professional and memorable customer experiences to ensure a seamless guest journey

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • At least 6 months of experience in a call centre, hospitality, reservations, or telesales environment
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing abilities
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills
  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English
  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • Ability to work night shifts on a rotational basis (Monday to Sunday)
