About the role
Responsibilities
- Book vehicle services and repairs using the BSI system to ensure maximum workshop capacity
- Communicate with customers professionally via telephone following prescribed scripts
- Verify vehicle and customer data including VIN and contact details through manufacturer systems
- Manage recall campaigns and ensure all related documentation is uploaded to job cards
- Execute no-show processes and reschedule absent customers
- Follow up with customers regarding ordered parts and service experience via CRM
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for service bookings and conversion rates
Requirements
- Proven ability to learn proprietary systems like BSI and manufacturer software
- Experience in a high-volume call centre, service booking, or administrative role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail for data capture and process execution
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Willingness to work overtime and month-end as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with manufacturer systems (e.g., Ford SA) or dealership management systems
- Familiarity with tracking and achieving KPIs and conversion targets
