About the role

Responsibilities

  • Book vehicle services and repairs using the BSI system to ensure maximum workshop capacity
  • Communicate with customers professionally via telephone following prescribed scripts
  • Verify vehicle and customer data including VIN and contact details through manufacturer systems
  • Manage recall campaigns and ensure all related documentation is uploaded to job cards
  • Execute no-show processes and reschedule absent customers
  • Follow up with customers regarding ordered parts and service experience via CRM
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets for service bookings and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Proven ability to learn proprietary systems like BSI and manufacturer software
  • Experience in a high-volume call centre, service booking, or administrative role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail for data capture and process execution
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Willingness to work overtime and month-end as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with manufacturer systems (e.g., Ford SA) or dealership management systems
  • Familiarity with tracking and achieving KPIs and conversion targets
