About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via hotline, email, and chat
- Manage customer requests in a timely, professional, and honest manner to ensure satisfaction
- Build positive rapport with customers across various communication channels
- Follow Contact Centre quality standards, scripts, and procedures
- Maintain compliance with attendance rules, schedules, and daily targets
- Support colleagues in completing pending tasks and participate in training sessions
- Adhere to shifts including nights, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (writing, speaking, and conversing)
- Demonstrated customer service communication skills
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to adapt to change
- 1–4 years of experience in a customer service-related industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player
