About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via hotline, email, and chat
  • Manage customer requests in a timely, professional, and honest manner to ensure satisfaction
  • Build positive rapport with customers across various communication channels
  • Follow Contact Centre quality standards, scripts, and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with attendance rules, schedules, and daily targets
  • Support colleagues in completing pending tasks and participate in training sessions
  • Adhere to shifts including nights, weekends, public holidays, and overtime as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and Arabic (writing, speaking, and conversing)
  • Demonstrated customer service communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to adapt to change
  • 1–4 years of experience in a customer service-related industry (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and a strong team player
