About the role

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate and analyze various response data and performance metrics related to call center operations
  • Lead the automation and efficiency of data collection processes using Office tools such as Excel VBA, Access, and Power BI
  • Build automated programs using Excel functions and macros to replace manual data entry
  • Integrate CSV data exported from various internal systems
  • Simplify data processing workflows and establish robust data management structures to improve decision-making speed

Requirements

  • Advanced PC skills including Excel (VBA/Macros), Access, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in data analysis and process automation
  • Professional business telephone communication skills
  • Ability to work proactively with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to numerical accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a financial institution or the life insurance industry
