About the role
Responsibilities
- Process inbound and outbound calls with a high standard of professionalism
- Secure travel reservations and accommodations in accordance with client travel policies
- Accurately enter and manage client information within reservation systems and proprietary software
- Troubleshoot and resolve client and hotel issues regarding extensions, early departures, or reservation changes
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments to meet established service levels
- Collaborate with Account Management and Hotel Network Management teams to identify optimal hotel options
- Manage call time efficiently to maximize availability and responsiveness
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to navigate multiple PC and web-based applications, including Microsoft Office
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Must be available for flexible scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of call center or data entry experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
