Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and provide professional assistance to patients
• Handle reception duties and coordinate patient appointments
• Provide excellent customer service and patient-handling support
• Utilize healthcare management systems to manage patient data and scheduling

Requirements

• Female candidate of Arabic nationality
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
• Proven experience in call center and reception roles
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in computer applications and healthcare management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical insurance processes and approvals
