Call Center Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Provide information about services, therapists, and clinic policies
• Verify insurance coverage and collect patient details
• Assist with appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Update patient information in the scheduling system
• Communicate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
• Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance verification is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
