Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads via phone to discuss window and door solutions
- Communicate product and service benefits to potential customers
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm during customer interactions
- Track interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed individual and team appointment-setting goals
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales, call center, or customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to engage customers
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
