About the role

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate changes to administration procedures of the front office
  • Route escalated calls to the appropriate department and personnel
  • Complete tasks surrounding the nature of the call and providing patient care
  • Schedule appointments and verify insurance information
  • Update patient demographics and inform patients of necessary documentation
  • Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines
  • Answer a high volume of calls
  • Assist at the front desk when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
