About the role
Responsibilities
- Effectively communicate changes to administration procedures of the front office
- Route escalated calls to the appropriate department and personnel
- Complete tasks surrounding the nature of the call and providing patient care and support
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and update demographics
- Maintain strictest confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines
- Answer a high volume of calls
- Assist at the front desk and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
