Call Center Operator

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming calls from patients and families
• Provide information regarding doctor schedules, services, and hospital facilities
• Assist with the registration or appointment booking process
• Forward calls to relevant units such as polyclinics, ER, or inpatient wards
• Handle initial complaints and record reports accurately
• Ensure communication is friendly, clear, and professional

Requirements

• Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) education
• Previous experience in call center or customer service preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
• Good communication skills and clear voice
• Proficient in computer operations (Ms. Office/basic systems)
• Willingness to work in shifts
