About the role

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on leads generated by digital campaigns within 24 hours via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Drive the enrollment of courses and diplomas to meet sales goals established by the Commercialization Directorate.
  • Identify and understand the specific needs and interests of potential students to improve conversion.
  • Monitor pre-enrolled students to ensure payment completion and successful registration.
  • Attend institutional or corporate events in person to promote academic programs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Preparatoria) or incomplete University degree (Licenciatura trunca).
  • Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in digital tools including Office, Google Workspace, and email management.
