Responsibilities
- Access B2C markets and establish commercial relationships to increase company revenue
- Meet sales goals through the contact center
- Identify commercial opportunities to offer portfolio services
- Ensure compliance with commercial management indicators
- Control the sales process and maintain updated customer information in the CRM and management systems
Requirements
- Technical, Technologist, or University Professional degree in related fields
- 2 years of experience in telephone sales of intangible and/or tangible goods
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within a Call Center
