About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information on tickets, promotions, and group bookings.
- Manage and respond to inquiries from social media platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Qualify potential leads and refer them to the appropriate sales executives to support conversion.
- Log all customer interactions and call details accurately within the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to track leads and provide feedback for service improvement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in communications or hospitality is a plus).
- 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard phone handling protocols.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
