About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing information on tickets, promotions, and group bookings.
  • Manage and respond to inquiries from social media platforms in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Qualify potential leads and refer them to the appropriate sales executives to support conversion.
  • Log all customer interactions and call details accurately within the CRM system.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to track leads and provide feedback for service improvement.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a diploma in communications or hospitality is a plus).
  • 1–2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard phone handling protocols.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
