Responsibilities

  • Handle international outbound calls for a UK telecom process
  • Manage call blocker services
  • Meet target-oriented performance goals

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • At least 6 months of experience in a Call Blocker process
  • Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
  • Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
