Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calls for the UK Telecom Call Blocker process
  • Engage with customers in an energetic and convincing manner
  • Meet target-oriented performance goals
  • Work within fixed afternoon shift timings (1:00pm to 10:00pm)

Requirements

  • Graduate or Undergraduate degree
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
