Responsibilities
- Execute outbound calls for the UK Telecom Call Blocker process
- Meet target-oriented performance goals
- Maintain high energy and professional presentation during customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
- Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
