Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound calls for the UK campaign
- Manage telecom process tasks related to call blocking
- Meet target-oriented performance goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of experience in a Call Blocker process
- Experience in International Outbound processes
- Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
- Graduate or Undergraduate degree
