Responsibilities

  • Execute international outbound calls for the UK telecom process (Call Blocker)
  • Engage with customers in a convincing and energetic manner
  • Meet target-oriented performance metrics
  • Work within fixed afternoon shift timings (1:00pm to 10:00pm)

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be convincing and presentable
  • Target-oriented mindset
  • Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
