Responsibilities
- Handle international outbound calls for the UK telecom process (Call Blocker)
- Engage with customers in an energetic and convincing manner
- Meet target-oriented performance metrics
- Work within fixed afternoon shift timings (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be convincing and presentable
- Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
