About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calls for the UK Telecom Call Blocker process
  • Meet target-oriented performance goals
  • Engage with customers using convincing and energetic communication

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a Call Blocker process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work fixed afternoon shifts (1:00pm to 10:00pm)
  • Graduate or Undergraduate qualification
