Call Center Agent - Travel Benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls throughout your entire shift to assist travelers
• Utilize multiple tools and over ten different systems to provide accurate assistance
• Handle emails and process requests while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• De-escalate challenging calls and maintain a professional demeanor
• Collaborate with team members and support side projects to drive continuous improvement
• Meet and maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets regarding response and resolution quality

Requirements

• Must be a Delta retiree with direct experience using Deltamatic
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and learn new processes quickly
• Must reside in one of the following approved states: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MS, NV, NH, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
• Technical requirements: Must pass an internet speed test (min 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and be able to connect via an Ethernet cable to a modem/router
