Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients in the GCC region
  • Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
  • Accurately record customer data into the system
  • Adhere to call quality standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Telesales
  • Native or fluent GCC dialect
  • Good level of English proficiency
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of commitment and discipline regarding work schedules
