Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide high-quality customer service to clients in the GCC region
- Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Accurately record customer data into the system
- Adhere to call quality standards and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
Requirements
- Minimum 3 months of experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Telesales
- Native or fluent GCC dialect
- Good level of English proficiency
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of commitment and discipline regarding work schedules
Benefits

- 8-hour work shifts
- Rotational shift system (24-hour coverage)
