About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls to provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Process flight reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently
- Resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a positive and professional manner
- Promote company products and services through cross-selling, including ancillaries and holiday packages
- Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments and follow up on resolutions
- Support day-to-day contact center operations to ensure maximum productivity and service levels
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English, French, and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general technology systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customer situations
- Ability to work long hours as required by the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is an advantage
- Ability to identify market trends to provide effective customer care solutions
