About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to commission agents through various communication channels.
- Ensure all inquiries are handled effectively to meet established service goals.
- Utilize tracking tools and follow up with the coordination team to resolve issues.
- Manage interactions with both external commission agents and internal departments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Ability to adapt to changes in processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Excel (Basic level).
- Experience with multichannel tools (Chat, calls, and email) is preferred.
- Experience with ticket registration and escalation platforms is preferred.
