Call Center Agent

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via telephone
• Assist customers with billing questions, contract topics, and customer data updates
• Provide consultations regarding new products and tariffs
• Document all customer interactions accurately

Requirements

• Fluent German language skills
• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Basic computer literacy
• Ideally, a completed school certificate, vocational training, or initial professional experience
