Responsibilities
- Handle customer complaints, requests, and service coordination

- Support call center operations within a 24/7 shift environment
Requirements
- Minimum experience in customer service or call center operations
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and knowledge of CRM systems
- Ability to work 24/7 rotating shifts
- Must be currently located in Qatar with a valid QID
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in utility services, district cooling, or facility management
